Lancom Technology has promoted Priscila Bernardes to the new role of General Manager. Priscila will continue to report to Chief Executive, Waruna Kirimetiyawa, working with the wider leadership team to implement the strategy aimed at continuing to grow the Lancom Technology business.

Whilst still leading on sales, in this new role Priscila will also oversee daily business activities spanning our customer success team, our managed services team and our engineering team responsible for delivering infrastructure projects for new and existing customers.  

Waruna Kirimetiyawa, Chief Executive of Lancom Technology said: “In the six years Priscila has been with us, her career has spanned customer experience, marketing and sales. This variety of roles means she has developed a deep understanding of both our customers and our business. I’m excited to see how she uses her experience and talent to deliver an even better service for our customers whilst continuing to support our growth ambitions.”

Priscila joined Lancom Technology in 2015, initially as a Customer Experience Manager. Priscila’s talent, ambition and drive saw her role expanded to include sales and marketing and most recently she took charge of sales as Head of Sales.  Priscila has been instrumental in the growth of Lancom, particularly in the areas of software development for SaaS organisations and cloud managed services. Her achievements were recognised in August by Reseller News when she won the Women in Tech – Shining Star Award.
